The Technology Planning & Business Operations organization provides
key business management oversight and integration across the
Technology organization. This includes driving investment planning
& budgeting, project & portfolio management, workforce planning
activities, strategic initiative program management, executive
reporting and employee engagement activities. The team is focused
on improving efficiencies, transparency, consistency and
collaboration within the Technology organization and other key
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technology Management Reporting &
Employee Engagement, this position interacts with a wide range of
stakeholders including senior leadership.
* Provide leadership for Technology management reporting, including
planning, quality and delivery
* Oversee, collaborate on, and support employee engagement
activities, including communications and meetings
* Achieve goals through self-driven work, coordinating team
efforts, and collaborating with Visa stakeholders, both within and
outside of Technology
* Manage through influence demonstrate skills in relationship
management and negotiation to achieve goals and develop trust with
* 6-8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree
* Proven experience managing cross-organizational,
* Experience in effectively coordinating and refining technical and
business content for senior management through recurring reporting,
and to a broader employee base through All Staff meetings and other
* Strong process orientation interest and ability in organizing
work for consistent and seamless delivery.
* Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills ability to think
critically and strategically.
* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to adapt quickly to
changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
* Ability to work independently and seamlessly integrate activities
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,
Project) working knowledge of data presentation tools such as Power
BI or Tableau
* Financial services and card payments experience is a plus, but
