The Technology Planning & Business Operations organization provides key business management oversight and integration across the Technology organization. This includes driving investment planning & budgeting, project & portfolio management, workforce planning activities, strategic initiative program management, executive reporting and employee engagement activities. The team is focused on improving efficiencies, transparency, consistency and collaboration within the Technology organization and other key cross-functional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technology Management Reporting & Employee Engagement, this position interacts with a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership.

Key Deliverables

* Provide leadership for Technology management reporting, including planning, quality and delivery
* Oversee, collaborate on, and support employee engagement activities, including communications and meetings
* Achieve goals through self-driven work, coordinating team efforts, and collaborating with Visa stakeholders, both within and outside of Technology
* Manage through influence demonstrate skills in relationship management and negotiation to achieve goals and develop trust with stakeholders
* 6-8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree
* Proven experience managing cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in effectively coordinating and refining technical and business content for senior management through recurring reporting, and to a broader employee base through All Staff meetings and other forums
* Strong process orientation interest and ability in organizing work for consistent and seamless delivery.
* Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills ability to think critically and strategically.
* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
* Ability to work independently and seamlessly integrate activities with others.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Project) working knowledge of data presentation tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
