Job Description:
Job DescriptionHuckberry is looking for a Data Analyst to
support the e-commerce and product management teams by unlocking
access and insights to digital data & streamlining its useability.
In this role, you will work closely with the e-commerce team to
define customer KPIs and create tables, models, and dashboards that
power the exploration of site and AB test results. This role will
work cross-functionally to deliver customer insights in a way that
would be helpful marketing, merchandising, and operations
decisions. This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin,
TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote
hire.Responsibilities
- Operate as a functional specialist for BI software and tools,
understanding and documenting the underlying data from multiple
sources
- Help drive data collection requirements and analysis for site
event tracking and AB testing to better understand our customer and
ROI
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to answer key questions
related to user flow by analyzing, modeling, and visualizing data
to make recommendations
- Partner with our CRM and marketing analyst to build an enhanced
framework for our customer retention strategy and customer profiles
based on purchase, needs, and lifetime behavior
- Drive customer purchase behavior segmentation strategy and
establish a measurement model that can be used across all
channelsRequirements
- 1+ years of experience in a related role with
e-commerce/retail, D2C industry
- 2+ years of data analytics experience in a strong analytical
environment (Looker, Bigquery, Segment, Databricks, etc.)
- Expert SQL experience, query optimization, data extract
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing about data to
technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and manage a wide array
of tasks and responsibilities in collaboration with
stakeholders
- Experience with AB Testing and pseudo-A/B test setup and
evaluations
- A plus, proficiency in Python, NumPy and other packages as well
as professional application of statistical modelsBenefits
