Overall Experience: 5-7 yearsLocation: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CAIdentity and Privilege Access Management (PAM) Architect is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of solutions to support access, authentication, authorization and provisioning while standardizing and streamlining IT security administration processes the Business.General

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytic and problem solving with tenured experience.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a very complex environment.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, waterfall, scrum etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Service Management framework (e.g. Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP will be an added advantage.Key Requirements:
    • Be a key contributor to the strategy, roadmaps, design, and management of the enterprise IAM program.
    • Design IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
    • Architect solutions for complex problems including integrations with mergers and acquisitions.
    • Recommend and implement industry best practices and visionary solutions with a broad ecosystem.
    • Govern and continually improve processes and procedures that focus on risk-based access controls; i.e., providing the least allowable access required for business operations, including role-based access model.
    • Manages the architecture and design of complex solutions using multiple technologies to address cross functional needs, and convert design to functional and technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with control owners and stakeholders across enterprise to develop and maintain logical access controls.
    • Skilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups policies etc.
    • Skilled in public cloud IAM services like AzureAD, AzureAD Identity Protection AWS SSO, MFA, PIM, IAM, RBAC, Encryption, Key Vaults, Conditional Access etc.
    • Cloud services implementation within Azure, AWS or GCP environments.
    • Provide technical expertise covering the various Identity, Authentication, and Governance components across the enterprise solution.
    • Scripting or programming experience with PowerShell, Java or Python.
    • Skilled in managing engagements with both internal and external business partners to identify business and technical requirements around IAM.
    • Experience with modern Identity, authentication and authorization protocols and standards like SCIM, SAML, FIDO, OIDC, oAuth, LDAP, Kerberos.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of privilege access management concepts.
    • 5+ years of experience in CyberArk administration and deployment, including Vaults, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA and AAM.
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with various CyberArk PAS components.
    • Drives privileged access management initiatives to improve company's broader security posture, demonstrated by metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ISO, NIST, SOX, Security and represent IT in response to internal and external audits.
