Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Business Technology Solution Analyst located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Solutions Manager, the Business Technology Solution Analyst will be responsible for managing and completing projects of high complexity in order to deliver the system solutions required for the business.

What a typical day looks like:

Software Design, Development, Verification, Validation and Implementation.
Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure; support existing systems and applications.
End to End Project Management including but not limited to Requirements gathering, Solution Proposal, Software Development, Testing, Deployment and Training.
Create Test Cases and Execution involving identifying and correcting test discrepancies and product non-conformances
Data Analysis using data extractions from Microsoft SQL & Oracle SQL
Collaborate with IT functional leads to identify and drive continuous improvement across the set of IT services to help ensure that IT services are meeting business needs as well as providing positive customer experience
Define, execute, and interpret complex/nested SQL queries and report generation in SSRS.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

2-4 years of related experience
Process and Systems Solutions End to End Project Management Experience
Full Stack Software development experience
In-depth knowledge of the concepts of software solutions change management process & Life Cycle
Data Modeling
Object-oriented programing language skills such as Python or C#
SQL Programming & SSRS /Tableau development experience
Hands-On Experience with ERP and Shop Floor Systems and System Integration
Experience with Microsoft tools such as Project, Visio and Excel
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Data Science, Electrical Engineering Degree)
Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
Lean/Continuous Improvement Experience (Preferred)
