The Sr. ServiceNow Business Process Consultant lis to work with SHI's customers to assist them in understanding the -implementation of ServiceNow -into their environment -and supporting the -implementation -of processes to -wrap around the integration of ServiceNow -into their -environment. -The -consultant will have a -deep understanding -of the -ServiceNow -modules -to -guide -the SHI customers -through -to -full utilization of the product regardless of a fresh -installation or add-on modules -that compliment ITAM. - The Consultant will interact directly with customers -(within the definition of consulting agreements and Statements of Work), with the -primary objective to understand -how ServiceNow -can be integrated -within -the customer's current ITAM processes -and how those integrate -with other critical IT and governance processes. The -consultant's primary objective is -to become a -trusted -advisor to the customer on -a -ServiceNow implementation that -compliments -ITAM processes. -The -Consultant will provide consultation across the global footprint of -ITAM service engagements -that include ServiceNow. -The position reports to the -Director - -ITAM -Consulting -Services. The ITAM -Process -Consultant -for ServiceNow -can be office based -from -either Austin TX, Somerset NJ -offices -or based -from -a home office -dependent on their location.---It is expected that this role will require -frequent -travel both nationally and internationally. - Responsibilities The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will: -

  • Help design a ServiceNow service for SHI customers including identifying key skills required to support the service.
  • Collaborate with customers to solicit, collect, and analyse information about customers' ITAM and ITSM environments in order to assess how ServiceNow can be integrated into their business with the correct processes to make the integration a complete success.
  • Engage with ServiceNow for training and support
  • Drive the adoption of ServiceNow with the sales teams
  • Author and deliver ITAM and ITSM related best practice workshops for the integration of ServiceNow into the business. Provide consultation on how ServiceNow compliments key process governance issues and IT operations.
  • Collaborate with SHI team members to author and own IT & ServiceNow related best practice policy and processes for the integration of ServiceNow alongside data standards within the SHI service offering in line with ISO and industry standards.
  • Attend, support and represent SHI at conferences and events.
  • Regularly present at industry events, SHI Summits and Webinars
  • Actively promote and support the sale and adoption of ITAM Services processes (including Baselines, Managed Services, Consultancy, ITAM platform implementation) with the SHI Sales teams at large, and directly with ITAM Services customers.
  • Maintain ServiceNow knowledge for all new releases.
  • Lead technical discussions for integration with other ITAM tools such as SCCM
  • Assist SHI customers in increasing overall standards of IT and ITSM maturity levels by using ServiceNow.
  • Participate in customer communications across the entire life cycle of a ServiceNow project.
  • Producing and presenting intermediate, analytical, and results that ensure projects are conducted and closed to the satisfaction of all parties
  • Conduct periodic research projects in line with ITAM and ITSM strategic and technology direction resulting in whitepapers to assist in customer education and ServiceNow service uptake.
  • ServiceNow implementation design to all SHI customers
  • Analyse Policy, Process and Procedures and other relevant information to integrate ServiceNow.
  • Support customers on the implementation design of ServiceNow modules and support them in using the product according to the processes that are being followed
  • Ensures all ITAM projects are conducted professionally, ethically, and in a manner consistent with SHI quality standards Qualifications
    • 10 -yearexperience -IT asset -lifecycle -processing -
    • 4 -years -ServiceNow experience
    • 5 years IT process design and implementation experience
    • IT ticketing -software -experience -
    • The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will be knowledgeable in ServiceNow modules and how to design the modules, process definition supporting ServiceNow implementation and will be very experienced with the practical implications of implementing and sustaining those processes. In addition, the candidate will be expected to understand all aspects of the hardware and software lifecycle - from purchasing to deployment to decommissioning as well as the IT, finance, and other related disciplines that integrate with ServiceNow modules and ITAM and ITSM processes.               • Equal Employment Opportunity - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status The estimated pay range for this position in Colorado is $95,000 -$150,000, which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
