Job Description:

A successful Revenue Analyst will work closely with Asset Managers to perform detailed analysis on operational metrics to optimize portfolio performance. With a concentrated focus on expense containment and budget adherence, responsibilities include:Assist in the development and execution of various asset strategies to maximize the value of each assetAssist with financial statement review, monthly financial variance reports as well as quarterly investor reporting.Develop an understanding of the local and regional multi-family real estate markets and utilize that knowledge to help refine revenue strategies.Assist with fund fair market valuation analysis for quarterly fund reporting.Work with the capital and expense team to help oversee unit turns and renovationsEnsure property managers and onsite staff are following marketing proceduresOversee unit turn programWork with vendors and property management team to maintain pricing sheets for each property/regional portfolio.Assist and train with purchase order system adherence to eliminate overspendAnalyze budgets weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to ensure portfolio performance aligns with business planEffectively communication with multiple departments; Asset Managers, Accounting, Property Management teamUtilize PowerBI data to find areas that require attention and creating a gameplan to resolveGainin proficiency in the Yardi platformOther duties as directedThe Successful ApplicantThe successful analyst must have a strong desire to work within the real estate industry, prioritize and time manage effectively and have great listening and note taking skills..
