Job Summary

Manages the customer supply chain experience for assigned areas, delivering industry-leading supply chain results that the customer values and rewards. Identifies, prioritizes, and drives supply chain initiatives across the total value chain based on customer and business needs. Ensures customer demand is accurately forecasted to support customer service levels and event activity. Manages customer system setting, event management, seasonal stocking strategies, new/discontinued item execution, and other KPI improvement activities (customer in-stock percentage, fill rate, forecast accuracy, order-to-delivery lead time, etc.). Establishes capabilities to deliver the order-to-delivery cycle, meeting both customer-defined performance metrics and business needs.

Core Responsibilities
Leads customer-facing supply chain projects supporting the onboarding/exiting, and "Bulk to LUM" distribution conversions of customers to meet contractual requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
Monitors and reports on onboarding execution and ensures high levels of customer fill rates in the period following customer launch.
Manages changes to inventory and forecasts needed when customers exit to minimize excess inventory while providing acceptable transition service levels.
Leads customer-facing supply chain projects supporting the ongoing maintenance of strategic customers to meet contractual requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
Leads and coordinates special programs, emergency responses, and other cross-customer focused inventory projects.
Supports operational efficiencies and manages distribution network changes while maintaining a seamless transition for the customer.
Manages the collaboration process to build and maintain effective relationships with supply chain counterparts at assigned customer account(s).
Builds and maintains effective relationships with supply chain counterparts at assigned customer account(s).
Leads collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) and vendor managed inventory (VMI) processes with customers, and inputs forecast and event requirements into the Demand Plan.
Collaborates with sales account leadership to support annual operating plans and provide regular financial forecasts into the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process.
Collects and leverages data to produce business analytics that support the value proposition of the customer.
Performs additional duties as directed.
Qualifying Experience
Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management or related technical field preferred
2 or more years of relevant Supply Chain experience (inventory management, planning and/or forecasting), including experience in all aspects of supply chain planning, management, and operations
Experience utilizing Lean principles and tools (Flow, Pull, Kanban, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
Or any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements
Proficiency with Excel, Access, other MS Office applications and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
