If you like helping people, Global Operations is for you.The Global Partner Operations & Enablement team is a key part of Global Operations, with the Enablement team comprising of Partner Health Monitoring, Partner Governance, and Change Delivery. These teams partner closely together to enable the most impactful support for the community through management of our outsourced and contractor operations. Partner Health Monitoring (PHM) Team helps enable our Partner Operations team with the required analytics, RCA and program delivery to run a robust Partner site operation. This team drives site level analyses & insights, providing close operational support to the Partner Managers. We are looking for a full time Data Analyst to be part of this high-performing global team.Required SkillsEffectively build and own a data focused roadmap that solves key business opportunities for GPOPlan and collaborate with a global team on data driven initiatives to solve complex operational problemsInvestigate & define clear business problems and prioritize solutions using data-driven analytics, developing success metrics to measure project performance and alignment with team mission and goalsPerform root cause analyses on key problem areasWork with data and analytics partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goalsIdentify and assess risks & opportunities: drive site/program level goals & metrics to improve performanceExplore new opportunities to support Partner Operations to drive impact on business goalsMinimum Qualification5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics or process improvement within similar domains2+ years experience using SQL or other querying language1+ years of experience in managing large cross-functional projectsExperience leading cross-functional projects and experience working with people at all levels both inside and outside of FacebookExperience managing projects with ambiguity in a high-pressure environmentExperience communicating the results of analyses, along with the experience compiling briefing materials and other communicationsPreferred QualificationExperience working with high-performance teams focused on analyticsExperience using other programming languages such as Python, R etc.Strong program and project management experienceDemonstrated success presenting complex research data (qualitative and quantitative) in a clear and compelling manner that inspires actionExperience working with or in support of diverse communities and global teamsDemonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholdersExperience working within operations ecosystemsEOEFacebook is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
