      • Work in a collaborative team environment, including coordination with the IFS Entity Receipts Team Lead and process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
      • Review trust documentation, transactions, and financial statements to execute reviews of entity receipts and trust portfolio allocation analysis
      • Manage flow of information through process, including review and validation of progress statuses, tracking potential account/asset coding issues and resolution, tracking and follow up on aging items, and weekly reporting on review population
      • Serve as subject matter experts on the IFS Entity Receipts process, including maintaining review process procedures, owning identification of procedure updates or potential process improvements, and assist in developing trainings for other process stakeholdersThe salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.NV-Las Vegas:--Min: $65,700 Mid: $92,500 Max: $119,300MN-Minneapolis:--Min: $65,700 Mid: $92,500 Max: $119,300TX-Austin:--Min: $65,700 Mid: $92,500 Max: $119,300NC-Charlotte:--Min: $65,700 Mid: $92,500 Max: $119,300NC-Winston Salem:--Min: $65,700 Mid: $92,500 Max: $119,300PA-Philadelphia:--Min: $72,300 Mid: $101,800 Max: $131,300Salary offered dependent on location. --May be considered for a discretionary bonus.Required Qualifications
        • 4+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experienceDesired Qualifications
          • Financial services industry experience
          • Ability to review trust agreement documents and ensure bank compliance
          • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
          • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skillsOther Desired Qualifications
            • Understanding of trust and fiduciary concepts
            • Experience with SharePoint workflow and reporting functionality
            • Ability to analyze business financial statements
            • Experience bringing issues to closure in a decisive manner despite potential obstacles within a complex environment
            • Trust services industry experience
            • Accounting background with experience reviewing entity financial statements and trust and entity income tax preparation
