Main Purpose Our client is looking for a candidate with IT support skills to help manage and resolve any internal requests during a period of rapid growth. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our internal systems, which may include investigating, triaging and resolving tickets that flow into the IT help desk queue from their employees and to ensure that their colleagues can perform their duties efficiently and without disruption. Responsibilities & Duties Provide 1st line IT technical support; answer support queries via company communication channels and to ensure all request information collected is accurate and prioritised appropriately Adopt and execute IT standards, policies, practices and procedures Proactive monitoring of internal and customer systems Take ownership of IT incidents and a proactive approach when dealing with user issues, advising end users clearly of updates Provide technical knowledge to colleagues and end users regarding hardware, software, telephony and any business systems or processes Escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member and, when required, facilitate external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house Liaising with UK support personnel to ensure support coverage across multiple time zones Working to achieve company support SLAs and quarterly bonus objectives Tailor and run recruitment promotions and campaigns on our communications channels including email, SMS, push, and in-app Qualifications and Skills Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Google Workspace knowledge (preferable not essential) Able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with co-workers and customers Excellent technical, verbal and written skills Self-starter, energetic, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload Proactively find solutions to technical problems Experience with customer service elements Experience with support management systems One final thing: Our client loves diversity and welcome all people from diverse backgrounds with open arms, no matter your race, age, sexual orientation, disability, gender, religion--- you get the picture.
