Job Description:

Petrocelli Services Inc. has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in Austin, TX. We are looking for top performers who understands what 5 Star customer service is about and will go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations to facilitate divisional growth.The Customer Service Specialist/Dispatcher is the front line of our business and the first point of contact with our customers. You will be empowered to assist customers and technicians with HVAC service requests from initial contact to completion. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Receive and respond to customer phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner while articulating product and service offeringsRecord and maintain updated customer informationEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and offer support and solutions in accordance with the company's customer service policiesAssist with collections calls on past due customer accountsSchedule work orders, installations, and estimates in Service Titan softwareManage technicians' schedules and make changes to the dispatch board as neededSupport technicians' phone request to update work orders and preparing invoicesReview invoices for completeness, accuracy, and follow-up if neededMonitor and manage WarrantiesCoordinate and negotiate materials and equipment ordersDevelop and maintain inventory tracking systemRequest purchase orders and permitsPrepare and review Job Costing reportsCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policiesAbide by and meet all attendance guidelinesMust be available for on-call rotations afterhours and weekendsBe Team-oriented as well as being able to work independentlyProblem solver with exceptional customer service skillsMust be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMust have good organizational skills and attention to detailMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsMust be Outgoing, Friendly, EnergeticStrong Knowledge of Excel & MS Office programs (knowledge in Service Titan is a plus)Must be proficient with computers, typing, working in cloud and paperless environmentOther duties as requestedExperience:Call Center Inbound/ Outbound Customer Service: 3 years (Required)Residential Service Industry ( Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing ) : 1 year (Required)Appointment scheduling experience: 1 year (Required)Inside Sales / Phone Sales Call Center: 1 years (Required)Bi-Lingual is a plus English / SpanishExperience with the software, Service Titan is highly desirableExperience with handling escalated calls is a plusSchedule:8am-5pm Monday to FridayRotate afterhours and weekend on-call phoneJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLife Insurance
