It is a very exciting time of growth for Catapult Systems, and we are currently hiring a Microsoft Exchange Configuration and Security Architect to provide technical expertise and leadership for our expanding Security and Endpoint management teams across all our U.S. regions. What will my role be? As a Catapult Exchange Configuration and Security Architect, you will be part of Catapult's growing security solutions team working together with some great minds to architect and lead Microsoft Exchange Online implementations, Exchange security management, and version/technology migrations for Catapult clients. In this role, you will work with our clients to design the architecture, map the build out and deploy client solutions (partial or full suite). You will also be instrumental in supporting the Catapult sales team with new account pursuits and solution positioning. Some of your activities will include:

  • Working with technical managers and staff to understand client security needs
  • Coaching and mentoring with team members around client interaction and work delivery
  • Setup and configuration of Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, and Hybrid
  • Building and deploying EM+S security tools to secure Exchange environments
  • Guiding client migrations to Microsoft Exchange Online
  • Setup of DMARC, DKIM, and SPF
  • Setup and configuration of Azure AD Premium to support SSO
  • Developing, Updating, and Managing PowerShell scripting for automation What is required?

    • Ability to make decisions and manage time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule
    • Good organizational skills with demonstrated ability to organize teams toward a common objective
    • Ability to take ownership of delivery assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish joint goals
    • Expertise in setup and configuration of Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, and Hybrid
    • Experience leading migration efforts from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online
    • Experience setting up DMARC, DKIM, and SPF to secure Exchange environments
    • Expertise in Microsoft Defender for O365 email protection and Exchange Online Protection
    • Working knowledge of Azure AD Identity Governance and MS Defender for Identity
    • Setup and configuration of Conditional Access Policies
    • Experience with MIP O365 / Azure Unified Labeling (more AIP crossover with IRM) related to Exchange
    • Experience with DLP to secure Microsoft Cloud data related to Exchange
    • Good working knowledge of the overall EM+S Suite and M365 E5 licensing value
    • Experience with RMS, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and SSPR
    • Functional knowledge PowerShell and Azure Automation
    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • The ability to travel occasionally when pandemic ends What would set you apart?
