Java Consultant Duration: 6+ Months Location: Austin TXPreferred qualificationsStrong experience in delivering enterprise solutions with Spring framework using Spring Boot, JDBC, Security and MVC.Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST webservices and working in a micro-service environment.Cloud native knowledge preferableExpert-level knowledge of Git, JDBC, SQL, database-stored procedures and isolation levels, JPA, SOAP, REST and XML.Working knowledge of caching, service discovery and circuit-breaker patterns and concepts.Experience with Angular8, HTML5 a plus.Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.Java 8 knowledge with good understanding of OOPSStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentUnderstanding of code versioning tools such as GITExperience with SQLReal-time multi-threaded application developmentOrganized, results focused, practicalGood to have: Capital Markets - Domain understanding, Git, CICD, MicroservicesOne who is Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge!Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations.
