Job Description:

The Electrical Superintendent oversees the day-to-day activities of large, complex electrical construcction projects. You will be responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers and Subcontractors to complete the project within guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.* Aggressive hourly rate * Exceptional benefits* Relocation assistance may be available* Project bonuses* Company vehicleResponsibilities * Oversee, manage, and mentor Foremen and other field personnel.* Works with Project Team to develop job schedule that is consistent with company commitments.* Reviews schedule during project to ensure deadlines are met; notifies appropriate parties of delays or acceleration.* Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.* Administers timely and accurate paperwork for project activities (change orders, T&M, purchase orders, manpower schedules, timecards, payroll)* Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.Job Requirements:* 5+ years experience in electrical construction supervision; and running multimillion dollar electrical construction projects* Current Electrical Journeyman License; or Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience (licensed journeyman) * Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
