Job Description:
Ring Business and Amazon Key are seeking a customer-centric
product marketing manager to shape the future of our go-to-market
strategy and step-change our growth. You will be responsible for
our B2B product portfolio's strategy, targeting, positioning, and
messaging. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative
new products. You will also generate deep customer insights and
champion the voice of the customer throughout the product
lifecycle. Key job responsibilities - Drive customer insight
generation and develop/refine customer personas to inform product
and marketing strategies. - Act as the voice of the customer
throughout the product lifecycle. - Lead the go-to-market strategy
for new products, including segmentation, targeting, positioning,
and messaging. - Create compelling product content for every stage
of the customer journey, from articles to detail pages. - Report on
customer insights: Deliver regular reports on product performance,
customer satisfaction, and key insights to inform future
strategies. A day in the life In this role, you'll blend strategic
thinking with hands-on execution to shape our product strategy.
You’ll work closely with the product, sales, and research teams to
gather customer insights, refine personas, and lead go-to-market
strategy. Your day may involve leading market intelligence efforts,
analyzing customer purchase intent, and developing engaging product
content. As the voice of the customer, you will be at the heart of
our product evolution, driving customer-focused innovations that
enhance our portfolio and meet market needs. About the team Ring
Business and Amazon Key solve our customers' most critical security
and access challenges with simple, smart solutions. We are a
uniquely cross-functional org within Amazon, and often serve as the
connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics,
Operations, and Retail/Shopping across global markets. Our team

programs. - 6 years of professional non-internship marketing
experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive
improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation,
macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing
and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience in
launching new products - Experience using any of SQL or other
analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with
customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Amazon is an equal

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
