Georgetown Manufacturer has Immediate Need for Full-Time Shift Supervisor on 1st shift Full-time, Contract-to-Hire - 1st shift - 7a-3:30p (with up to 5-15 hours of mandatory overtime, including some Saturdays and Sundays) $17 to $23 per hour DOE (Depends on Experience) 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor Job Description and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and directing activities of shift employees effectively to ensure the smooth running of the production process. Responsible for ensuring that all products are produced to the specified specifications. Responsible for ensuring targets and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. Ensures that all shift employees comply with the company???s Health and Safety procedures. Why Work Here? Previous experience using IQMS software required Previous experience in a leadership/supervision/management/lead role required (in manufacturing a plus, but not required) Previous experience working with plastics/thermoforming a plus, but not required Bilingual (English-Spanish) highly preferred The ability to effectively lead and motivate others to achieve a common goal required Must be good at multitasking.
