So, we want them to be as happy and passionate about us as we are about them That is where our Member Services Associate comes in. Our Associates take time and effort to respond to member inquires via e-mail and phone in a timely and efficient manner that is in keeping with car2go standards. These member inquires range anywhere from questions about how car2go works and requests to resolve account issues, all the way to assisting with technology issues and how to use the car2go app. Your Daily Impact -- Timely response to e-mail inquiries from car2go members (complaints, general inquiries) - 80' -- Responding to phone inquiries from car2go members (complaints, general inquiries, escalations) - 20' -- Potentially, this position may require: o Processing of debits and credits as needed, in accordance with policies and procedures o Processing and assessing penalties for violations related to the published car2go Terms and Conditions o Processing and tracking of parking violations, citations, tolls and towing offenses; calculation of processing fees Your Schedule We currently have one schedule that we are hiring for. It is a ten hour shift, four days per week (Wednesday-Saturday, 7:30AM-6:30PM), with one hour off for lunch each day. As a Member Services Associate, you will need: -- High School Diploma or equivalent required -- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred -- 1-2 years of combined experience in customer service -- Exceptional customer service skills -- Excellent verbal and written skills -- Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask -- Ability to multitask, problem solve and innovative process improvements -- Work Holidays when required -- Work weekends when required -- General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel We offer salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package. car2go is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment where all employees and customers feel valued, respected, and supported. car2go is an equal opportunity employer.
