Full online training is provided. Benefits Consultants and Training Specialist. Benefits Consultants are trained to communicate with clients to determine their needs, answer questions regarding the programs and assist with completion of the appropriate online application. Training Specialist are responsible for scheduling and conducting phone interviews with candidate prospects as well as assist with the application process. Training Specialist will have the responsibility of making sure new candidates are trained, while offering support.
