*Location: *Burnet County Jail - Burnet, TX

*Pay:* $19/hr

The *Certified Medication Aide (CMA)* provides vital support for both patients and nursing staff under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

*CMA Responsibilities: *
* Administers prescribed medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and safety
* Monitors patients for side effects and changes in condition, reporting to the supervising nurse
* Assists patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and feeding
* Documents medication administration, patient responses, and observations in patient records
* Collaborates with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure compliance with regulations

*Qualifications:*
* CMA Certification (Required)
* Current CPR
* Ability to pass a background check
