POSITION OVERVIEW: REAL ESTATE LOAN DOCUMENT SPECIALIST
Loan Document Specialist preparing commercial real estate loan
package documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS:
Intake of real estate loan requests.
Assembly and completion of loan packages.
Communications with title companies and bank clients.
Interpretation of title commitments.
Assist in creating forms for RE loan packages.
Proficient word processing utilizing Microsoft Word and Adobe
Acrobat.
Attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work under time pressure when necessary and
multi-task.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Applicant will be entering a family type organization with high
professional standards. Working well with members and clients is
paramount.
