Wound Care Nurse Job DescriptionAt Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with complex wounds.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify wound care needs
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Provide education to patients and families on wound care and prevention
• Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and best practicesRequirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state
  • Graduate of accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure
  • At least 2 years of current experience in wound care
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
