Job Description:

As a Provider Relations Walkthrough Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to providers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about the organization's products and services. Your primary skill in Customer Experience Management will be utilized to ensure customer satisfaction. Process to completion 100 of assigned applications utilizing documented work instructions daily to reduce minimum impact to any service level agreements. Key responsibilities of the Walkthrough Scheduler include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.

  • Provide accurate information about the organization's products and services.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

  • Utilize Customer Experience Management skills to ensure customer satisfaction.



    This position requires availability to work Monday- Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional extended hours and weekends if needed.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 6 months of experience in healthcare or health insurance operations



      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree



        Professional Skills Requirements:

        • Strong written and verbal communication skills

        • Proficient in Microsoft office products



          Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

          California $22.26 to $49.33

          Colorado $22.26 to $42.64

          New York $20.63 to $49.33

          Washington $23.70 to $45.38
