• Innovative work with generative AIJob DetailsResponsibilities:As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of our product development process, working closely with our product management and engineering teams to create compelling and effective designs. Your responsibilities will include:1. Leading the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our products are user-centric and meet our high-quality standards.2. Conducting extensive user research to understand our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points.3. Creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions.5. Presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into your designs.6. Staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporating these into your work.7. Mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2C design.3. Proven experience in UX design, UX research, UI design, and retail.4. A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking process and previous work.5. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions clearly.7. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.8. A user-centric mindset and a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.9.
