MAIN CAMPUS----Job Details:General NotesCandidates will be expected
to conceptualize, lead and work on collaborative research projects.
Candidates will perform clinical duties, such as clinical
assessments and exposure-therapy based interventions for a range of
disorders (anxiety, mood, substance abuse). The position will also
provide postdoctoral clinical hours and supervision necessary for
licensure. Applicants should have completed their doctoral degree

Smits is hiring a full-time Clinician. This person will collaborate
on research projects and perform clinical duties. This is a
one-year position with the chance to renew based on continued
funding, performance, and/or completion of the
project.Responsibilities
- Carryout appropriate clinical research protocol procedures
including delivery of manualized treatment, clinical assessments,
relevant data collection during clinical study visits, and
questionnaire administration using REDcap (Research Electronic data
capture)
- Train and supervise clinical psychology doctoral students,
study staff, and undergraduate research assistants
- Assist with preparation of manuscripts for publicationRequired
QualificationsApplicants must have completed their doctoral degree
in clinical psychology. Applicants must have clinical training and
experience in delivering exposure-based therapy for anxiety, mood,
and related disorders.Relevant education and experience may be
substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsPreferred skills
include experience/knowledge in qualitative and quantitative
research methods, and experience with data collection software
(REDCap/Qualtrics, and/or R, SPSS or other statistical
software).Preferred applicants will be organized and
detail-oriented, have exceptional writing and communication skills,
a willingness and ability to learn, strong computer literacy, the
ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, and a
strong work ethic.Salary Range$55,000 - $75,000 depending on
