a function of providing corporate services to the different
companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute to Cintra's
success by supporting the company's recruitment and training
strategy. You will also assist the Talent Manager with recruiting,
process improvement, and all US training & development activities.
Additionally, he/she will be instrumental in serving as a cultural
gatekeeper while identifying, attracting, and recruiting our future
talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support full cycle hiring activities for North America,
including recruitment strategy, creation of pipeline, job
advertisements, resume screening, scheduling of candidates,
conducting interviewing, and extending offers
- Help build relationships with key Universities in order to
support company's graduate program (Challenge) strategy
- Ensure that all external and internal job applicants have the
best experience possible and receive timely updates
- Collaborate with Talent Manager on all training programs
(individual and departmental) from research, creation, organization
to implementation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
and provide the best recruitment experience possible
- Serve as a company ambassador at recruitment fairs, industry
trade shows and other opportunities
- Track and report monthly to headquarters on HR metrics , such
as interviews, new hires, training hours, safety record and
turnover statistics
- Develop, administer and analyze employee surveys and
questionnaires in order to obtain feedback that can be used to
drive improvements and future initiatives within the HR
department
- Assist in the development of new company policies or improving
existing policies, in an articulate and concise manner
- Produce and track any HR-related forms as they become necessary
for use within the organization
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related
field
- Heavy recruiting experience of technical and professional level
positions required
- Knowledge of HR practices and personnel laws is preferred

- Effectively manage tasks and strict deadlines with

- Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team
structure
- Ability to interact with external parties and vendors with
confidence and clarity as a representative of the
organization
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative and comfort working
autonomously
- Must be able to multitask, problem solve, and implement
innovative processes within a fast paced environment while ensuring
accuracy in work product; strong focus on being detail oriented is
a must.
Computer Skills:
- Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially
with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and other PC based
programs
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS is
preferred
