services to their clients.As the Business Development Specialist
you will report to the VP, Business Development. Growing,
industry-leading independent broker dealer in wealth management,
practice enrichment, technology, and service solutions is looking
for a Business Development Recruiter to assist us in expanding our
advisor network. You will have market knowledge and experience in
advisor recruitment. You will be goal-focused with a collaborative
mindset with the desire to meet our sales
goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Partner with external Vice President to
recruit advisors into the Kestra Financial Network--- Research
multiple outlets to create territory specific outbound prospecting
lists--- Monitor public and industry sources for material changes
in targeted accounts--- Conduct initial research to locate and
identify qualified financial professionals--- Uncover leads through
focused cold calling and email campaigns--- Qualify leads and
assign to a sales rhythm in SalesLoft--- Nurture prospects through
the entire recruitment process--- Build strategic partnerships for
referrals--- Connect, network, and build relationships with
recruits--- Host virtual meeting to inform and engage prospects---
Participate in transition dialogue in the early and intermediate
stages of the recruitment process--- Maintain data and activity
entry in SalesForce CRM--- Participate in Home Office Visits
including hosting occasional dinners--- Help set appointments for
the external recruiter--- Collaborate with the external to grow
territory by delivering our value proposition--- Uncover customer
needs, wants and desires and pain pointsSKILLS:--- Sales---
