within RWE! Description Our Global Performance Reporting & Tools
(GPR&T) department within RWE Renewables is looking for a
solution-oriented Customer Solutions Specialist with good
stakeholder management skills, to work together with Wind and Solar
Operations/Engineering teams and interfacing with GPR&T peers
and the wider IT/OT team in order to support and improve the
operational performance of the assets. The candidate will be the
main contact between sites from Onshore wind & solar Americas and
GPR&T, travelling regularly to site, setting priorities on
troubleshooting and CI activities based on business requests.
- Build up a strong stakeholder network within the region,
especially within Operations and Engineering. It requires to travel
to site regularly.
- Be the main contact (interface) between sites and
GPR&T
- Attend regional and local meetings / events that are of
interest to GPR&T or on region's demand.
- Collect and address day2day troubleshooting issues raised by
the region that are within the GPR&T scope.
- Provide regular status updates to the region's stakeholder on
daily issues and other GPR&T product issues affecting their
fleet. -
- Act as business backlog owner, listing all business
requirements from the region. Align with the region on backlog
prioritization. Interface with the reporting team / reporting lead
for the definition, prioritization and implementation within any
existing project or as a new project/activity

qualifications & skills required for the job
- A relevant engineering degree (with a focus on data, analytics,
Computer Science or IT systems related) is required
- Minimum of 3 years -working experience in Renewable Energy
Engineering Operations (Preferably within Offshore, Onshore Wind,
Solar or Oil & Gas) -
- Previous working experience with KPIs / Reporting /
Dashboards
- Basic knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with various teams
and stakeholders
- Outstanding communication, presentation and problem solving
skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous working experience with backlog/ticketing systems such
as Redmine and/or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Knowledge of other support tools such as Air table or Mural is
a plus
- Experience with Visualization software (Tableau, Power BI,
