This allows our customers to offer competitive benefits packages while paying an average of 20% less than traditional plans.We are looking for a hard-working, empathetic person to join our Access Operations team. Building strong relationships with healthcare providers is an essential part of Sana's strategy. As an Access Operations Associate, you will help ensure access to exceptional healthcare for our members. What you will do

• Respond quickly to new provider requests from members and manage negotiations to satisfactory resolution
• Identify and develop ways to improve our access issue resolution strategy, as well as manage the access escalation process
• Work collaboratively with network and repricing partners to build and maintain efficient operations
• Give feedback to the product team about provider access issues so they can design better experiences
• Consistently strive to make sure members feel taken care of and love our service
• Foster professional and positive relationships with providers whether related to an access issue, contract negotiation, or general inquiryAbout you
  • 2+ years work experience preferred, preferably in a fast-growth company environment
  • 1+ years working in healthcare in some capacity (i.e., social work, managed care, insurance, etc.)
  • Excellent communicator
  • Values-oriented. You care deeply about making our healthcare system work better for people and business owners
  • Unparalleled attention to detail. You love getting into the weeds to get things done
  • Fast learner. Entrepreneurial. Self-directed. Excited to build something from scratch
