This Bilingual Customer Service Rep Position Features: ---

ready to move ahead in a great career. As a bilingual customer
service rep for this well-known, stable, family-oriented Government
and Public Sector company, you will be responsible for assisting
the citizens of Austin with non-emergencies and providing
information, answer calls in call center and resolving problems.
Ability to listen, desire to assist and be driven is a big plus.

remote opportunity. Must have own computer for first 4 weeks. Must
be Windows based operating system with webcam and ability to
connect to internet via ethernet cable. Equipment will be provided
