HP's PIB & LF Engineering Systems team is looking for an E2E System architect to drive solutions related to new business enablement in HP, with focus on Personal Systems.

In this role as an E2E Solution Architect, you will be the driver for re-usable cross-application integration designs. You will actively participate in the architecture design and implementation of key IT transformation programs to realize the business strategy. You will be responsible for designing viable end-to-end solutions and coordination of cross-domain architecture topics. You will coordinate the analysis and potential implementation of new IT technologies.

If you are a SW engineer professional, customer-centric mindset, tech-savvy, experienced product owner, with experience working in Agile teams and utilization of Design Thinking techniques, you are the ideal candidate.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Partner and work with project teams (domain and enterprise architects, product managers, business SMEs) to help translate business requirements into specific systems, applications, interfaces, or process designs
--- Guide on end-to-end integration, to achieve consistent end-2-end processes, harmonized data models and re-usable cross-application integration designs
--- Guide on scope clarifications and related trade-offs
--- Identify architecture improvement opportunities, assess options, and create a roadmap for evolving the architecture
--- Participate in the development of the long-term IT / digital strategy for the group
--- Develop architecture best practices and methodologies
--- Advise and support all the aspects of architectural governance
--- Keep oneself updated with the latest technology trends and architectural concepts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
--- BA or BS degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications
--- Proven experience working in globally distributed virtual teams
--- Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience
--- Project Management & agile certifications are a plus (SAFe, SCRUM, PMP, Green/Black Belt. etc.)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
--- Excellent English communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills
--- Desirable experience working with SAP/HANA
--- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
--- Preferred knowledge in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
--- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Change Management techniques to drive value for customers
--- Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry-standard quality improvement tools and concepts.
--- Enjoy coming up with pragmatic solutions to specific problems.
--- Passionate about coaching other engineers but love to code and debug when the opportunity arises.
