Job Title: Customer Experience Representative (CER) Job Description: As a Customer Experience Representative you will engage with customer inquiries of all types regarding their future and past orders. This individual will be responsible for using our Customer Experience platforms to respond to questions or in some cases contact customers via phone. Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to customers through email, phone, online, and social media platforms
  • Managing the customer experience for our membership customers
  • Handling product inquiries
  • Supporting the returns, exchanges, and damage claims customer process
  • Working closely with the fulfillment team to solve shipping problems
  • Working closely with other departments as needed
  • Log in to assigned support platforms (email, phone, chat, text) at the scheduled time
  • Use resources to efficiently and effectively support our customers
  • Daily usage of email/zoom/slack for communication Qualifications:
    • Bilingual and fluent in both spoken/written English & Spanish
    • Shopify experience is a plus
    • com experience is a plus
    • Ecommerce experience is a plus
    • High-speed internet access that supports video conferencing is required Work from home/flexible schedule by Jobble
