Conditions: Works in a typical office setting. Minimal travel
required to maintain relationships with program staff. This
position is based at PCHAS' administrative office in Austin, TX.
There is frequent use of office equipment including computers,
copiers/scanners, printers, etc. Must have strong interpersonal,
writing and organizational skills to work effectively with staff
throughout the agency. May sit for extended periods of
time.Position Summary: The Digital Content Coordinator (DCC) is
responsible for the content and appearance of online (web)
communications and enables visitors to access the agency's
services, volunteer opportunities and make online donations. The
DCC reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and
works closely with the Design Manager and the Manager of
Communications and Government Contracts.Essential Job
FunctionsCreates, implements and measures online marketing and
fundraising campaignsWrites and designs emails, newsletter
articles, and monthly prayer requestsManages relationships with the
agency's development officers to lead the agency's online giving
program and participation in third party online giving campaigns
Writes and posts feature content for PCHAS's web site, including
promoting the agency's annual fundraising luncheons with creative
postsMeasures the effectiveness of digital campaigns and strategies
by consistently monitoring and reporting on relevant
analyticsManages the agency's Google Ads and social media
accountsManages the production and publication of photography and
short-length videography for use in the digital
spaceRequirements:This position requires strong writing skills, the
ability to edit web pages using content management systems, graphic
design skills and experience with online measurement tools. A
bachelor's degree is required, and 4-6 years of social media
management experience is preferred.Other Requirements:Must hold a
valid driver's license, have and maintain a risk-free driving
record. Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child
abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and
childcare/elder care disqualification list screenings. As
requested, must submit fingerprints for review by the state of your
employment and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Must undergo
a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment physical with the
results showing no evidence of communicable disease.Christian
