Life at Amplify
As a growing, tech-focused credit union, Amplify Credit Union
delivers value to our members through our products and impact to
our community through our profits. That unique intersection is one
reason we've been named a Top Workplace for three years in a row by
the Austin American-Statesman. We're also proud to say that we're
the only full-service financial institution that doesn't have
deposit fees of any kind. We're looking for teammates who are
inspired by our mission and ready to grow their careers. As they
do, our employees can expect Amplify to uphold our commitments to
culture, community, inclusion, and more.
Our business success is built on the community around us, now more
than ever. Therefore, we believe it is our responsibility to give
back to those who support our growth. Through volunteerism, we can
strengthen the communities around us and strengthen our business as
well. That's why we're proud to offer up to 40 hours per year of
paid time off to perform community service during work hours.

Team Member Testimonials
"The company cares about its employees. There are regular meetings
with leadership where we can be heard and share our ideas/concerns,
as well as hear from them about how the company is doing. That is a
great way to make employees feel valued and important in the
overall mission of the company"
- Current Relationship Banker
"I have never worked at another financial institution as a banker;
however, I can say that in a customer/member-facing position,
bankers at Amplify do not have to spend time selling a product and
more time assisting our members and being transparent"
- Current Personal Banker
"Everyone works for and with each other, and everyone is treated
with respect and dignity"
- Current Personal Banker
"Many financial institutions say they care about you as a person as
a ploy to get you in the door. At Amplify, they not only show you
every day that they care about you as an employee, but they show
that they care about you as an individual as well. In my ten years
of banking, I have never felt so at home and wanted, even during
the interview process. I knew this was the place I needed and
wanted to be"
