The Global Sales Performance & Planning team manages the compensation incentives framework, analysis, and calculation for the commercial sales and services staff for PerkinElmer. The team supports all processes related to incentive compensation plans, territory planning, quota setting, and sales program incentive funds (SPIFFs). This remote role can sit anywhere in the world! PerkinElmer s Channel Incentive program includes:- Business specific incentive programs- Lead generation programs- New business integration to ICP Working under minimal supervision of the Manager, Global Sales Compensation & Operations, the Channel Incentive Program Leader manages and validates incoming Sales Program Incentive Fund (SPIFFs) requests for all global regions to ensure program approval requirements are in place and that SPIFF programs adhere to both internal and external policies, guidelines, and procedures. This role is responsible for tracking and monthly/quarterly reporting on SPIFF program results to key stakeholders. This person serves as a resource to the commercial organization to answer questions related to SPIFF program design, development, and facilitates training when necessary. The Channel Incentive Program Leader administers the highly successful Lead Generation program, ensuring accurate assignment and payments, clear communication to commercial teams and precise tracking and reporting of the program s success. The Channel Incentive Program Leader also supports the wider GSPP team, with an opportunity to administer Sales Compensation plans within our business units and newly integrated acquisitions where appropriate, and particularly around the onboarding of new acquisitions into our incentive compensation structure. This role will work with new groups to identify cross-selling opportunities and how to leverage our channel incentive programs to meet business objectives. The Channel Incentive Program Leader will promote Channel Incentive initiatives across the global PerkinElmer spectrum ensuring adoption and creating enthusiasm for the programs with eligible participants. Business Knowledge

  • Understanding of analytical calculations and the ability to use the sales performance management application
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Familiar with incentive compensation and the ability to process earnings
  • Understanding of Special Incentive Programs, how they relate to business objectives and the mindset of Account Managers, and able to provide feedback to Commercial leadership and other stakeholders regarding the most effective programs. Behavioral Competencies

  • Must be fluent in the English language Basic Requirements:
    • 3-5 years' experience with Revenue/Sales Operations, Marketing, Project Management or related experience.
    • B.S. Communication, Finance, Business or related area
    • MS Excel experience required Preferred Requirements:
      • Project Management experience preferred
      • ICP Software Technology platform/Anaplan experience preferred
      • Sales Compensation experience preferred
