Job Description:

Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking to hire a Customer Care Coordinator -in our Austin, TX, headquarters. The Customer Care Coordinator will support and provide excellent customer service to Four Hands clients.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify the issue and facilitate the resolution, i.e. process return authorizations, credits and/or any other request to satisfy the customer issue.
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with customers and the Account Executive; analyzing information and providing solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Four Hands departments, providing exceptional internal and external customer service as needed
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the order to cash process and show attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
  • Maximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice and working to convert customers to using our website
  • Maintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, building relationships, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change
  • Work diligently to continuously improve the customer experience and the processes within the organization
  • Actively participate in meetings and trainings
  • Responsible for upholding the Core Values and being a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
  • Other tasks as defined by ManagementQUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree -preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
    • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
    • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to make decisions and work independently
    • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiencesPowered by JazzHR
