Client Services & Business Development, you will be a critical
member of the real estate team responsible for driving pipeline
growth, new and existing client relationships, and business
development. This is an exciting opportunity to be a business
development lead and help pioneer the future of multifamily
management and flexible living. The ideal candidate has a deep
understanding of unlocking growth opportunities, new business,
sales, and multifamily management. You must be highly motivated,
client-focused, organized, analytical, and passionate about working
to solve complex problems in multifamily and hospitality real

- Build, develop, and refine outreach strategy and new business
pipeline for multifamily management assignments
- Manage existing client relationships
- Work with various company departments to build sales collateral
and business development materials to win new business
- Develop and articulate to leadership sales funnel and track key
deliverables and KPIs across the company
- Gather and prepare research reports, demographics, rent and
sales comparables, and macro and micro trends for clients
- Spearhead due diligence review and organize and present
materials internally and externally
- Be the point of contact and relationship manager for multiple
clients while building new relationships and paths to new
business
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, partners,
and leadership team
- Tour properties and sites and meet with potential partners,
clients, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of multifamily and
hotel trends, insights, market data, and jurisdictional rules and
regulations Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, sales, and
marketing
- Bachelor or Associates degree in business or finance related
field preferred
- Understanding of property management systems, preferred
vendors, and how those affect on-site operations
- Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in
a professional manner and think independently
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google products with capability to
create and manage dashboards and templates to measure
performance/success
- Ability to manage time effectively and manage tight deadlines
in an organized fashion and work independently
- Possesses exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Problems you'll solve
- As Head of Client Services & Business Development, you will
have an immediate impact on the business and will be leading
business development efforts for third party multifamily management
assignments.
- In your first 30/60/90 days, you will regularly meet,
collaborate, and work closely with your manager and the leadership
team to:
- Establish KPIs and sales metrics to grow new business
- Develop and create success tools in order to manage existing
clients and generate new business
- Understand The Guild value proposition and work closely with
cross-functional departments to refine and articulate
market/company position
- Work closely with multifamily and hospitality teams to develop
and execute on client materials including dashboards, templates,
consulting agreements, PMAs, RFPs, etc.Perks & BenefitsAt The
