Brand Partner - - - - - - - - - - -The Torchy's legacy began in
Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef and
a food trailer to now operating in dozens of locations across

in the details.Here's what we need:The Brand Partner will increase
public brand awareness through employment brand and marketing
initiatives. - The Brand Partners work alongside Operations,
Marketing, and People teams to design and execute campaigns that
grow revenue, the restaurant brand and attract potential guests and
team members. - You'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer
marketplace, telling the story of Torchy's as a top choice in a sea
of other places to eat and work, and showing candidates what it's
really like to work somewhere they already love.This role reports
to the Director of Brand Partnership.What you'll be doing:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Local Store
Marketers (LSM) to execute business plan objectives
- Manage Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities across a defined
multi-unit market including, but not limited to: increasing brand
awareness and customer loyalty, executing annual promotional
calendars and developing impactful LSM plans to include restaurant
promotions that achieve inside/outside sales and profits, provide
local services (catering and events) and execute business plan
objectives
- Partnering with the Market Partner and People team to execute
local recruiting campaigns, including: community outreach and
partnerships, local canvassing, distributing collateral and
in-store community hiring events
- Identify and execute local/community level sales building
initiatives, including identifying strategic partnerships and key
influencers, grassroots opportunities, and community outreach that
connects with our guests, builds loyalty, drives frequency, and
creates sales
- Partner with Managing Partners to identify staffing needs and
execute candidate sourcing initiatives, including identifying,
planning, and executing grassroots and community relations
opportunities
- Research market trade areas and demographics and identify
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Work in support of the Operations team to effectively promote
all general Torchy's and employment brand campaigns and LSM
initiatives
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the Operations team on
LSM activity and results
- Collaborate with the Headquarters Marketing and Recruiting
teams for support tools and guidance on the execution of all LSM
and recruiting activations
- Generates leads for LSM opportunities such as In-Store
Fundraisers and Hiring and Catering Events, Catering Orders and
Off-Premises Activations
- Owns LSM Playbook tactics, manages local content and provides
LSMs guidance
- Provides training and ongoing counsel to restaurant management
on recruiting and marketing techniques to increase impact and
ownership of brand initiatives
- Grows Local Facebook Pages by curating content and growing
activity and engagement with the support of the Marketing team
- Special projects as assigned.
- Located in a market with Torchy's brand presence: Dallas/Fort
Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, or Denver
- Compensation:
- For experienced, external candidates: $65k-$75k and bonus

you'll need: Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business
Management, Hospitality Management, OR equivalent work
experience
- 4 years of leadership experience within a restaurant or retail
environment
- Ability to travel within designated market depending on
business needs. Extensive local travel and travel requiring
multiple overnight stays will be required.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing marketing campaigns for a local area
- Experience growing the reputation of an employment brand
- Experience building relationships and influencing internal and
external decision makers
