Account Executive (AE), Emerging Non-Profits will drive sales of
Tableau products within the not-for-profit vertical. You will build
consultative relationships at all levels in the non-profit space
and will lead all aspects of the sales process including lead
management, qualification, evaluation, close and customer success.
You will collaborate with and develop partner relationships and
coordinate internal and external resources throughout the sales
cycle and after the sale. Effective communication & collaboration
with management, customers, team members and support staff are a
must. This is a quota-carrying sales position with emerging small
non-profit accounts. This position is office-flex requiring
attendance in office twice a week. Some of the things you'll be
doing include...Define and implement territory / account sales
plans for assigned territory and then meet quotas through
prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales
opportunities.Develop sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and
move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the
sales pipeline.Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates and
manage customer and transactional information in a CRM system
(SFDC).Participate in team-building and company-growth activities
including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and
customer care.Who you are...Experienced. 2-4 + years of technology
sales background, with a preference for experience in the
Non-Profit space.Performer. Track record of over-achieving quota in
past positions.Entrepreneurial mind-set. You are the owner of your
business and manage a plan and resources to achieve your
objectives.Outstanding Salesperson. Desire to bring new customers
into the Tableau franchise and increase revenue.Sales Cycle
Authority. You have expertise at the transactional & strategic
level. You lead prospects and customers as opposed to reacting to
customer requests. You know how to "drive a deal", lead volume
transactions and marshal more strategic deals.Technically Savvy.
Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or
business intelligence a huge plus.You are a Recruiter! Tableau
