Job Description:
Our Opportunity:Fetch Package is looking for a Supervisor,
Talent and Engagement to join our Human Resources Team. This
individual will partner with key stakeholders to identify top
talent for our rapidly growing e-commerce business. This role acts
as a manager to the Talent Acquisition team.In this role the
primary responsibility will be owning stakeholder relationships and
strategically partnering with the business to drive hiring

hiring the best talent as we grow.What you'll do:
- Lead Talent Acquisition for all roles. Develop and implement
sourcing tools, external agency relationships, recruitment
marketing, etc. to build top of funnel as well as internal
interview training and structured interview processes
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team hiring
needs, take ownership of their searches, and enable quality hiring
decisions
- Create and maintain a network of candidates through proactive
sourcing strategies and relationship management
- Be able to provide market research as a subject matter expert
in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key
stakeholders
- Execute on recruitment and screening strategies to increase the
pipeline of candidates
- Own the offer and negotiation process and devise creative
closing strategies
- Ensure that every candidate is a raving fan of Fetch Package
and has a positive candidate experience regardless of hiring
decision
- Track recruiting activity (time-to-fill, referral %, offer
acceptance %, diversity hiring rates, stage conversion) to assess
progress on recruiting goals and targets and propose strategies to
improve our metrics
- Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends
in recruiting and compensation
- Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Fetch Package talent
acquisition efforts- outside the scope of metrics and goals
(process improvements, new initiatives, creative projects,
etc.)What you'll need:
- You have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience owning
searches at a variety of levels from senior product leaders to
junior product designers and user research
- Previous experience recruiting on software engineering
teams.
- Previous experience in the multi-family industry and/or people
management a plus
- Skilled at sourcing (especially passive), interviewing, and
closing outstanding talent
- A proven communicator and accomplished at influencing
- A talent advisor, experienced at developing and maintaining
strong business partnerships
- A collaborative team player, looking to create and deliver
projects that improve our recruiting function
- Able to define and drive recruiting pipeline metrics and
data
- You have an eye for detail and execution in a high-growth
environment
- Proficient with an ATS and other recruiting softwareBonus:
