Descriptive Summary The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical role in the growth of Guardian Bike's overarching strategy and mission: to transition the bicycle industry towards accident free biking by providing safer bikes, direct to your door, with incredible customer service. This individual will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing all systems for the CEO. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the CEO's calendar, itineraries, agendas, general correspondence, representing the CEO when necessary and ultimately impacting a multi billion dollar industry. This role will be critical in keeping the executive leadership team connected, aware, supporting the execution of the organizations overarching strategy and in forming the CEO of necessary information. Core Functions 1. Oversee all leadership, organization wide, and investor based meeting schedules, invites, itineraries, presentation decks, taking notes, and making suggestions for adjustments on an as needed basis 2. Organize and present data to the CEO on research, analysis, customer insights, and interpretation of data for strategy planning and investor presentations and meetings 3. Proactively support the CEO in managing relationships with key leaders in the organization and ensure ongoing touch points with investor pipeline 4. Provide outstanding customer service to all individuals engaging with the CEO and Guardian Bikes 5. Create and maintain an operations manual documenting all systems and standards for the CEO 6. Partner and support the Chief of Staff in managing various projects through timelines and execution of project schedules 7. Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner 8. Own execution of monthly investor newsletter 9. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO - screen calls, written communications, and determine priority attention - prepare general correspondence for the CEO on an as needed basis
