Qcue is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist.

At Qcue, our Data Integrity Specialists are the front line when it comes to supporting our clients and teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a foundational knowledge in data and is looking to experience the many different aspects of operations at an innovative software company.

If you want to be an integral member of a team dedicated to the delivery of a quality service both internally and externally then we want to hear from you. Your primary role is to support our partners and your teammates. This includes many different responsibilities from configuring client set-up in our software solutions to fulfilling ticket transactions for some of the biggest live sports and entertainments events in the world. You will troubleshoot potential data or system issues ensuring data integrity across the Qcue suite of software tools as well as third party partner systems. You will set-up seasonal sports and live events to include venue maps and seat pricing allocations for some of the largest stadiums and live events venues. You will liaise with our partners to obtain any missing data, all to ensure that we deliver a smooth, seamless experience for our clients.

Communication is a cornerstone for this position with involvement in our client conversations, and regular communicate with our product team to navigate solutions to potential issues our clients have raised.

While there are some days which may be more typical than others, your priorities may shift as client priorities are evaluated. On a regular basis, you will join problem sessions with your team and pivot quickly to implement solutions or providing support to our customers.You will have autonomy in resolving issues and possibly assist in ticket order fulfillment needs.

Responsibilities include:

Client Support:

  • Create and respond to support tickets such as data discrepancies, feature bugs, client requests.
  • Set up clients, venues and seasons in our system.
  • Liaise with your team leads during the setting up process, to allow for a smooth onboarding.
  • Interact with ticketing application groups if there are errors in the system or files are incomplete.
  • Support fulfillment of tickets that results in the accurate electronic delivery of tickets to buyers.
  • Assist in generating and verifying data for end of season reports.
  • Analyze data from reports to support pricing recommendations for our clients.
  • Ad-hoc tasks to ensure exemplar delivery of services to our clients and our internal teams.

    Application support:
    • Maintain integrity of data going into the application, in order to provide an accurate desired 'output'.
    • Set up events and venue maps in our system.
    • Validate venue maps data accuracy, such as seat and pricing allocation.
    • Troubleshoot potential data errors and/or bugs - anything that doesn't appear to be as expected on the application.

      Utilization of application:
      • Contribute to the conversation of how our clients can better utilize the application, by pulling data that informs how we can provide more value to our clients.

        • Experience analyzing large sets of data in excel.
        • Experience using graphic design software.
        • Prior experience in a customer service/application support role.
        • You have used many different software tools and applications and are comfortable learning how to use a new tool fast.
        • You have the ability to visualize how tools and data sets all connect and work together.
        • You have experience working on a team and be a great team player.
        • Excellent communication skills, both client facing and internal communications.
        • Experience working on solving problems independently and in a collaborative setting.
        • Excellent at managing your own time, as you will be managing your own schedule.
        • You are adaptable and can switch tasks easily and on the fly.
        • You have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a professional setting.

          Bonus points for:
          • A background in ticketing or live sports and entertainments.
          • Experience using Adobe illustrator.
          • Experience using SQL (or the strong desire to learn) would be a big plus.
          • Experience working at a tech startup.
