As an Associate Strategic in the Global Product Commercialization (GPC) team, you will drive key business decisions, deliver on critical initiatives, and identify value-creation opportunities across the business. You will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Client Success and senior leaders to identify and tackle sophisticated and/or ambiguous problems. The Associate Strategist will support Senior & Lead teammates with design strategies to grow our products around the globe. Your goals should encourage the team to think big, as this group is seeking to produce change that will deliver a significant business impact.

This person will be performing data analysis using the plethora of in-house tools specially built for the amount of data our company captures. The ideal candidate has worked in a large, cross-functional product team, and is comfortable with managing many concurrent efforts. But most importantly, this person should love solving technical, product, and people challenges to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers, or fellow employees.

- - Identify & drive cross-team initiatives to help our team better launch new products, partnerships and features into the market. Work hand-in-hand with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to optimize our working model to drive long term product adoption and revenue growth. Find opportunities to develop and assemble cross-product efficiencies.

- - Prioritization of team-wide initiatives, making decisions that will optimize towards growing revenue and improving customer experience.

- - Proactively identify and resolve any team-wide operational issues before they arise.

- - Structure and complete analysis, whether it's doing queries in SQL/IQL, building an excel model / Python script, or using our proprietary tools for analyzing data. Select appropriate methodologies or models.

- - Use data to influence product commercialization decisions (market launches, pricing, product features).

- - Support your team in communicating findings and recommendations to business unit leadership. Influence team to define and adopt appropriate metrics, goals and prosses. Partner with leadership teams to align on key decisions.

- - 2 years' experience in Product, Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Project/Program Management or other related experience

- - Highly Proficient user of spreadsheet and data analysis software (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau); experience using Python or SQL to query, structure, and analyze data

- - Experience making data-driven business decisions, and articulating these solutions to management;excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to summarize information from a top-down approach

- - Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams, but a self-motivated individual who also works well independently

- - Familiarity with the tech industry - e.g., Software as a Service, AdTech, MarTech or HR Tech - is a huge plus
