As a System Admin with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. This role is located ONSITE but not daily (after COVID) in Austin, TX.
There is no relocation offered and no remote option (post COVID).

As part of the Cognitive Support Platform DevOps squad, you will support a mission critical application with 500,000 external users and 25,000 internal users. In order to provide operational excellence, you will be expected to work autonomously and collaborate with other squad members to help transform IBMs worldwide technical support business. Job Duties:

  • Copado configuration, administration, and deployments
  • Salesforce security duties including the maintenance of profiles and permissions
  • Salesforce operations and monitoring
  • Support developers with issues in Copado and/or Salesforce
  • Problem solving and focal point during severity 1 and critical situations
  • End user support
  • Third party app administration

    CIODEM20Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience with Salesforce Profile and Permission sets
  • Experience with deployments of Salesforce objects to higher environments
  • Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Work independently and within a team setting
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a demonstrated analytical ability and curiosity
  • Fluent in English
  • Live in or willing to move to Austin, TX to work collaboratively in the office
  • Salesforce.com Certified AdministratorPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • A college graduate with at least at BA
  • Salesforce.com certification as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder
  • Copado experience of 2+ years
  • Copado Admin certification
