Job Title: Client Engagement Support

About this Job
As Client Engagement Support you will assist engineers, partners and the Client Engagement Team with limited supervision in building and maintaining client relationships. You will support the team and our clients on a regular basis and be an essential component of our growing practice. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
--- Maintain and update CPA referrals and relationships in CRM
--- Schedule and prepare for conference calls with prospective clients
--- Create RFI's, shared folders, Salesforce entries, Results Letters, Engagement Letters and sales proposals
--- Handle administrative tasks from the partners on the leadership team
--- Maintain constant contact with clients to strengthen relationship and obtain necessary information to keep projects moving forward
--- Create, update and prepare presentations for webinars. Solicit organizations to secure future webinars
--- Create and post content for marketing campaigns and social media engagement
--- Coordinate both small and large company events
--- Organize meetings and lunches to engage with both current and prospective clients
--- Coordinate travel and scheduling needs for partners
--- Some travel required (up to 10% of work time traveling)

Skills & Qualifications
--- Sales and executive administrative experience preferred
--- Strong relationship building skills
--- Strong phoning skills
--- Previous experience with CRM such as Salesforce preferred
--- Previous work experience in AEC industry a plus
--- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
--- Time management and attention to detail
--- Ability to prioritize and multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects
--- Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation skills
--- Strong client interaction, sales and marketing skills
--- Must have reliable transportation and secure work location
--- Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
--- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
--- Located in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO preferred
