Job Description:

Work with managers and employees as needed to understand, monitor and resolve investigations and compliance support.
Investigates employee relations incidences, interviews employees, reviews communications and other relevant data, prepares investigation results and communicates results to managers and key stakeholders involved.
Partner and cultivate relationships with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance and Business Continuity colleagues on solutions and recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all ER issues. Demonstrate objectivity, neutrality, and independence in all investigations, coaching, advising while evaluating risk relative to the business.
Track, analyze, and report ER metrics to identify negative trends and issues for proactive resolution; identify positive trends and communicate appropriately.
Possess and maintain familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to managers and associates regarding company policies, procedures, and interpretations of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Participate in and promote a team environment by working with own organization and other organizations in the accomplishment of team responsibilities and objective
Learn to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Performs other job-related activities as requested.

5+ years of Human Resource experience with related experience/knowledge in the areas of Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Strong Business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions
Proficient knowledge of State and Federal laws
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel to business locations when required
