Position Overview: Kendra Scott is seeking an E-commerce Product Owner who will support the development and execution of the e-commerce road map. Our ideal candidate is an empathetic, customer-centric, data focused self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Responsibilities: Prioritize * Work with leadership to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog according to the e-commerce roadmap and strategic business initiatives Execute * Write requirements that are relevant and clear * Regularly interface with development team to ensure that everyone is clear on the expected user experience for new features and functionality being developed * Constantly monitor performance of digital new experiences to tweak and optimize as needed Innovate * Identify and test new opportunities to deliver a high-functioning e-commerce experience * Conduct market research in order to find out more about competitor products or customer needs Collaborate * Partner with development, creative, UI/UX, web analytics, merchandising and cross-functional team leaders to identify, build and measure features and functionality that meet business goals * Prioritize the customer experience when making product recommendations * Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * 1-3 years' experience in Ecommerce defining requirements and driving a roadmap for a high-growth company * A proven ability to break down larger initiatives into consumable achievable tasks to achieve departmental and company objectives * Ability to clearly articulate plans and ensure team is aligned * A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach * Experience managing a roadmap that coincides with 3rd party software * Strong understanding of the teams and systems that support an e-commerce business * Technically savvy individual who stays up with trends in the e-commerce industry * A solid grasp of Scrum Agile development lifecycle processes and artifacts * Experience using analytics data in order to make data-informed product decisions that meet customer and business needs * Experience building and launching mobile solutions * Experience with Goggle Analytics and Data Studio * Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (a.k.a. Demandware) * A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others * Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively * High commitment to employee growth and development: empowers team and defines success as having a significant impact on other's careers * A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy
