Seasonal 13 week position/contract with
Seton Premiere Staffing. Will work 36 hours per week and float to
different Ascension Hospitals in the Austin/Round Rock metro
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed
from the Texas Board of Nursing (unencumbered)
- 13 week contract - 36 hours minimum hours
- 12 hour Days
This position will primarily work at ASMCA
NICU, but will float to NICUs across sites if not needed at
ASMCA. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years
experience working in level 3 and/or 4 NICU - experience with
cardiac patients a plus. Candidates should easily and quickly
integrate with various teams to provide effective care for patients
and their families. Certifications: BLS, NRP & PALS.
Work three 12-hour Day shifts (7a-7p) per
week. Work every other weekend. Participate in holiday coverage
with other unit staff.
What You Will Do:
Provide direct nursing care in a diverse
healthcare environment in accordance with established policies,
procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
What You Will Need:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of
- Advanced Life Support preferred.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
No additional preferences.
