We Are Hiring:

Ascension Seton is hiring a strategy and operations manager. This will be a partially remote full-time position working with internal and external stakeholders with our safety net patient population. 

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience with health plans, provider practices, and insurance groups.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree strongly preferred. 

Manage and coordinate functions and/or resources associated with organizing, implementing and meeting goals/guidelines.

• Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Participate with leadership teams to provide clarity to the scope of work. Communicate status of operations to management and associates.
• Manage and resolve issues that jeopardize the success of the assigned area.
• Prepare and analyze departmental financial reports, financial analyses and budgetary reports.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
