Source and interact with
potential candidates thru professional networks and social
media (e.g., LinkedIn, Github, Stack overflow, and other passive
Create and send recruiting emails via ATS, job boards,
Coordinate with TA Manager/ Partner to determine position
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing
techniques and develop talent pipelines for future
Takes a data-driven approach in measuring conversion rates,
including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants,
get invited to interviews, get offers, and get
Promote the CDK brand both online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking
System) and create a talent pool for current a future
Proven work experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer or similar
Familiar with technology and trends in the market
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on
social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings, Google x
Familiarity with Successfactor, Workday or any other
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Effective time-management abilities
