team transforming Quality Metrics and Patient Safety within Dell
Children's Medical Center.
Within this capacity you will
bolster and ensure a Culture of Safety, Patient Safety, and
Full Time RN Coordinator of Quality and
Patient Safety for Dell Children's Medical Center.
Days (40 hours), must be flexible as there
may be evening and/or weekend obligations.
What You Will Do:
Organize and coordinate quality, risk and
patient safety program activities and workflow.
What You Will Need:
- Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The
Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem
identification and resolution, cost containment issues,
implementation of new services and systems/ performance
- Support activities related to quality and risk reduction
initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
- Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources.
Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
